Job Summary
Manage all beverage service, including pouring alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly, checking guest IDs, and de-escalating intoxicated situations per state and federal regulations. Upsell beer, wine, and spirits while maintaining a clean, sanitary workstation and managing the issued bank. Follow pre-shift notes and bar menus to deliver personalized recommendations, restock products as needed, and set up or break down equipment.
