Job Summary
Conduct cash register sales by taking orders, building orders, and completing transactions. Prepare and pour beverages, serve food items, and maintain excellent food presentation quality. Listen to and respond to customer requests or concerns while maintaining sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. Maintain stock and supply levels, communicating low stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly by checking guests' ID in accordance with state and federal regulations. This part-time role at SeatGeek Stadium offers an hourly rate of $17.00-$20.00 and is tip eligible. Candidates must be 21 or over and possess or obtain the Illinois Bartender Certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 or over
- Must have or be able to take the Illinois Basset Certification to be legally certified to serve alcohol in Illinois
- Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Three or more months' experience in food service industry preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to learn to handle cash and learn to operate a cash register and corresponding system
- Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests
