Concession Supervisor

Supervise up to 20+ employees across concession stands during race meets, ensuring food safety compliance, proper equipment instruction, and adherence to alcohol service policies. Manage daily operations by completing accurate paperwork, enforcing cash handling and Micros guidelines, and overseeing inventory, merchandising, and cost control. Direct setup and breakdown of stands and bars, verify staff cleaning and clock-out status, and ensure all equipment is powered off. Check for sink obstructions and leaks, then remain mandatory after the meet to assist with cleanup. Requires three years of management experience in a similar setting, ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
