Job Summary
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales through strong commercial and KPI focus. Oversee daily operations including stock, merchandising, and compliance, using performance data to make informed decisions and improve store results. Build a positive, high-energy team culture focused on engagement and results by developing monthly plans based on productivity targets and ensuring excellent store administration. Manage inventory and day-to-day operations while motivating teams to reach their full potential. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week on a rota basis including weekends, with mandatory training at the Store Support Centre and training stores.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years' Store Manager experience
- Experience in retail or hospitality
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence using sales data
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Great operational and technical skills to utilise our systems, tills and POS
- Full-time role requiring 40 hours per week
- Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
- Including weekends
- Schedule consisting of one full weekend off, one weekend on, one Saturday off, and one Sunday off within a 4-week cycle
- Completion of mandatory training including two days at the Store Support Centre in Gloucester
- Completion of 4 weeks at a training store
