Job Summary
As a Concession Sales Associate, you will support operational processes to minimize shrinkage and enhance profitability while delivering high-quality customer service. Key responsibilities include initiating sales promotions, managing product and point of sale (POS) procedures, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining store cleanliness. Ideal candidates possess 2-3 years of retail experience, a strong customer service focus, fluency in German, good numeracy and communication skills, and flexibility in scheduling. Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office, is also required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of retail experience
- Customer experience with a positive attitude and high standard of customer focus
- Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy demeanor
- Good numeracy and verbal communication skills in German
- Flexibility regarding work shifts on weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime if necessary
