Job Summary
Assist with receiving, distribution control, and inventory management for F&B warehouse operations at the venue. Maintain sanitation and organizational systems across all storage areas, ensuring proper FIFO rotation and product integrity. Fulfill event expectations by delivering product to stands, performing post-event clean-up, break-down, and equipment maintenance. Conduct daily walk-throughs to verify cleanliness and execute proper product transfers with follow-up documentation. Maintain appropriate stocking levels for each stand while adhering to food safety, alcohol service policies, and sanitation standards.

- Ability to speak, read, and write in English

- Possess a thorough working knowledge of all existing concession locations: geographical location, equipment, evacuation procedures
- Possess valid ServSafe Food Handlers certification and Alcohol Service certification or ability to obtain said certifications
- Possess thorough working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, safety standards, etc. pertaining to OVG and venue concession operations
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory
- Ability to consistently adhere to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform duties involving extensive and continuous standing and walking
- Ability to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision, and close vision
Desired Qualifications
- Hospitality experience or similar venue experience
- Food/Alcohol service certification
