Job Summary
Serves guests in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner while operating the POS system to process cash, credit card, and complimentary transactions. Accurately records F&B revenues, prepares settlement paperwork, and relays orders to the kitchen or acts as a runner to replenish the line. Restocks items, prepares inventory, and ensures the work area meets Health Department sanitation codes. Monitors guest alcohol consumption per policy and NY State Law, relaying compliments and complaints to management. Lifts and carries 40 lbs repeatedly while standing and walking for 6-8 hours on flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to lift and carry 40 lbs. repeatedly
- Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours
- Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant and/or fast food environment preferred
