Job Summary
Take food, beverage, and merchandise orders from guests in a timely and friendly manner, processing cash and cashless transactions accurately using POS systems. Assist guests with menu selections and product recommendations while delivering food and beverages, including in-seat service when required. Support opening and closing duties for concession stands and bars, maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas. Restock supplies and notify supervisors of inventory needs while following NYC Board of Health regulations and company policies. Provide excellent customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with team members during events. Requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
