Job Summary
Coordinate artist hospitality and interactions on the day of a show, meeting all needs prior to arrival and monitoring requirements once on site. Present a clean, presentable green room stocking basic materials and conduct routine maintenance. Handle artist details including settlements at the end of each show with accuracy and discretion, ensuring follow-through on payments the night of the show. Coordinate artist merchandise setup and settlement, while assisting with management of meet and greets and VIP programs. Facilitate hospitality needs including handing out beverage or meal tickets and arranging service personnel for F&B ordering. Maintain a positive artist experience and exceed expectations while navigating venue conditions such as tight spaces, dark rooms, and loud environments. Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in the entertainment industry
- Excellent organizational skills

- Quick problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced settings
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-reliant
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with event logistics and management

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to use stairs
- Ability to lift loads of up to 50 lbs
