Job Summary
Conceive and develop original visual concepts for multi-channel campaigns, owning direction from initial ideation through final execution. Partner closely with copywriters to build integrated creative work, translating briefs and cultural insight into visually compelling ideas that drive results. Present and defend concepts to stakeholders while collaborating cross-functionally with editors and marketers to ensure ambitious yet executable outcomes. Leverage AI tools for rapid concept development and moodboarding, staying curious about emerging technologies and visual storytelling formats.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years into your creative career as a Designer or Art Director
- strong thinking, craft, and a portfolio that shows what you can do
- portfolio that clearly demonstrates your taste for design, art direction and passion for visual storytelling across all formats
- Come from a creative agency, or in-house background
- Deep knowledge of advertising formats
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and taste
- clear visual point of view
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- A collaborative, ego-free mindset
