Job Summary
Concept to Delivery consultants turn ideas into tangible, value-focused results for clients by applying design thinking, rapid prototyping, product management, solution delivery, and change management. Responsibilities include providing delivery leadership on large-scale, complex initiatives; facilitating problem definition and solution design with business leads and stakeholders; prototyping to add detail and fidelity; managing the product lifecycle (vision, roadmap, budget, pricing, development); and enabling organizational adoption of new solutions through effective change management. Candidates should demonstrate alignment to core values (Excellence, Participation, Integrity, Collaboration), strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering results across industries. Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of professional experience are preferred; US permanent employment authorization is required.
Required Qualifications
