Job Summary
Concept to Delivery consultants work with clients to turn ideas into reality, using design thinking and prototyping to deliver engaging, value-focused solutions. They lead large-scale initiatives by aligning stakeholders, facilitate problem definition and solution design with business leads and customers, develop and refine envisioned solutions through prototyping within an agile framework, manage the product lifecycle (vision, roadmap, budget, pricing, development), and enable organizational adoption of new solutions through change management strategies. The role emphasizes a people-centric mindset, nimble decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering results across industries while aligning with core values of excellence, participation, integrity, and collaboration.
