Job Summary
Concept to Delivery consultants turn ideas into tangible, value-focused solutions by applying design thinking, rapid prototyping, and agile practices. Responsibilities include providing delivery leadership for large-scale, complex initiatives; aligning stakeholders across the organization; prototyping and detailing solutions with stakeholders; managing the product lifecycle (vision, roadmap, budget, pricing, development); and enabling adoption of new solutions through effective change management. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across industries and functions, strong communication skills, and a delivery-focused mindset aligned to SEI’s values.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization for permanent employment in the United States (this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 8+ years professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading teams and delivering results
- Ability to work across industries, roles, functions & technologies
- Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives
