Concept to Delivery Consultant

Concept to Delivery Consultant at SEI leads and coordinates delivery of cross-functional initiatives from ideation through tangible results. Responsibilities include delivering large-scale, complex initiatives by aligning stakeholders across the organization, applying design thinking to define problems and shape solutions, prototyping to increase fidelity, managing product lifecycles (vision, roadmap, budget, pricing, development), and enabling adoption of new solutions through formal change management strategies. The role emphasizes delivering value quickly in an agile framework, collaborating with customers and business leads, and leveraging a people-centric mindset to drive outcomes. Qualified candidates typically demonstrate business and tech acumen, strong written/verbal communication, teamwork leadership, and a track record of delivering results in cross-functional settings. Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and have 8+ years of professional experience, with authorization for permanent U.S. employment.
