Job Summary
Lead and supervise guest services team for BVLGARI Resort Dubai. Core duties include greeting customers, displaying and restocking merchandise, processing purchases and returns, maintaining inventory records, placing orders, approving invoices, handling payments and deposits, opening/closing procedures, and implementing loss-prevention measures. Develop and monitor guest-service initiatives, manage payroll administration, coach staff, conduct training, and participate in performance appraisals. Ensure exceptional customer service, collaborate across departments, adhere to property policies, SOPs/LSOPS, and deliver superior hospitality experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
