Job Summary
Concept Designer I focused on visually compelling packaging concepts, translating brand guidelines and market trends into presentation-ready visuals and renderings using KeyShot and Photoshop. Responsibilities include leading ideation sessions, creating mood/concept boards, supporting customer workshops, iterating concepts based on feedback, and handing off clear visual intent to engineering teams (no technical drafting). Collaborates across commercial and engineering teams to ensure alignment with brand, packaging direction, and design aesthetics (color, form, finish).
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in concept design, visualization, or creative product design
- Proficiency in: KeyShot (required) – rendering and visualization
- Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop (required) – concept development and image creation
