Coordinate new applicant registrations and manage candidate communications while planning and rostering guides for group trips. Prepare for and attend information evenings, training days, and return days, then follow up on guide feedback and organize team-building sessions. Contribute to itineraries and guide documentation, attend planning meetings, and handle logistical preparations for challenge trips. Occasionally lead a challenge weekend or trip and maintain contact with clients and guides. This role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work, including info evenings and training weekends, alongside seasonal intensity.
