Job Summary
Deliver superior guest service by greeting patrons, suggesting menu items, and processing orders while managing cash drawers and verifying bank counts. Execute food preparation and cooking duties, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and temperature control. Maintain cleanliness through trash removal, dishwashing, sweeping, and stocking supplies while adhering to safe food handling and hygiene practices. Perform opening and closing side work and report any equipment malfunctions immediately. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, ability to communicate in English, and physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 60 lbs. Located at Dulles International Airport.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate information individually and in small group situations to customers and co workers
- Ability to understand the English language both written and verbal
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Ability to apply reasonable understanding in carrying out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
- Must be able to communicate in verbal and written forms
- Must be able to visually navigate through the unit
- Must be able to lift and carry (0-60 lbs.)
- Must be able to perform frequent reaching, grasping, pushing and pulling
- Must be able to stoop and bending
- Must be able to perform frequent immersion of hands in water and other cleaning agents
- Must be able to continuously stand and walk
