Job Summary
Deliver superior guest service by greeting guests, suggesting menu items, and processing orders and payments. Assist with food preparation, cooking, and storage while maintaining strict hygiene and temperature standards. Ensure cleanliness through trash removal, dishwashing, and sweeping, then verify cash drawers and complete paperwork. Perform opening and closing tasks, adhere to safety protocols, and report equipment malfunctions to management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate information individually and in small group situations to customers and co workers
- Ability to understand the English language both written and verbal
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Ability to apply reasonable understanding in carrying out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
- Must be able to communicate in verbal and written forms
- Must be able to visually navigate through the unit
- Must be able to lift and carry (0-60 lbs.)
