Job Summary
Guide new patients through the onboarding process with empathy and clarity while assisting them in uploading medical records, prescriptions, and required documents. Act as a dedicated point of contact for assigned patients, proactively following up on appointments, reports, and care plans to address queries, concerns, and escalations with sensitivity and urgency. Track patient journeys to ensure no step is missed and maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/EMR systems. Support process improvements by sharing patient feedback and operational insights. This role blends patient support, care coordination, and operational execution to ensure a seamless healthcare experience for our clients.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years experience
