Job Summary
Develop and implement deep learning computer vision models with a focus on sensor fusion and target tracking. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions in Python, C++, and Rust for Fire Control Systems ensuring robustness in real-time applications. Utilize GPU programming including CUDA or RAPIDs to optimize performance and contribute to embedded systems architecture using C, C++, or Rust. Requires 7+ years of experience in sensor fusion, transformer-based models like DINO or SAM, and secret clearance. This role supports near-real-time missile warning solutions within Booz Allen Hamilton's defense technology team.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sensor fusion and target tracking
- Experience in deep learning for computer vision, including the use of transformer-based models such as DINO, CLIP, or SAM
- Experience in artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning engineering, or software engineering
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
- Experience with developing in-space solutions
- Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including micro-service design and orchestration in Kubernetes deployment
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
