Job Summary
Provides technical support to users via desktop assistance, troubleshooting, installations, account resolution, and hardware/software support. Responsibilities include Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support for software and hardware issues, troubleshooting and resolving network, application, and system access problems, installing and configuring hardware and software, and supporting account management tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- 3+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Must possess an active Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (A+ CE or equivalent) preferred
