Job Summary
Troubleshoot technology issues, coordinate with support vendors, and manage server and network infrastructure maintenance. Perform simple hardware repairs, organize support requests, and assist with endpoint device deployments across sites. Serve as a liaison between school-based technicians and the Department of Innovation and Technology while facilitating technology plan implementation and training needs. Install, maintain, and operate networks; assist with software and hardware acquisition, inventory, and distribution adhering to licensure guidelines. Work within the Engineering and Operations team to manage division technology systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of job-related experience
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, and software
- Ability to effectively train users of multiple proficiency levels in the operation of technology systems
- Able to adhere to district Technology guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Able to efficiently research technical issues and implement solutions
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment to meet goals
- Organizational skills needed to work on multiple projects while meeting all deadlines
- Must be able to lift 1–25 lbs
