Job Summary
Install, maintain and repair desktops/laptops/mobile devices/peripherals across the district, including imaging, software installation, and hardware upgrades. Address desktop setups, configuration changes, and problem identification/resolution with a focus on help desk ticket resolution. Develop desktop strategies and configuration alternatives to meet customer needs, interact with customers in person or by phone, manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot technology failures, and stay current with technology trends relevant to the position.
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing computer and network support
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Associates degree in a technically related field preferred
- A+, Network+ and Microsoft technical certifications preferred
