Job Summary
Provide efficient and effective technical support and service with a strong customer service focus; inventory hardware using enterprise software and manage user uploads; track, coordinate, and maintain system fixes, enhancements, and upgrades; install and maintain hardware and software; travel daily to Winchester area locations to provide technical support and deliver equipment; provide instruction for proper use of hardware or software when needed; includes involvement with help desk software, prioritizing and closing tickets in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma with emphasis in computer related courses
- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of technology devices and peripherals preferred
- Chromebook diagnostics and repair and Help Desk software experience preferred
- Working knowledge of computer and networking software including Microsoft and other web based enterprise software preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft directory services, Google administration, and wireless connectivity preferred
- Must possess Motor Vehicle Record allowing placement on FCPS Approved Driver List
- Ability to communicate and collaborate well in a team environment
