Job Summary
Computer Tech handles data integrity for Tower Loan by reviewing and correcting customer account information in the Tower Loan Operations System (TLOS); processes daily corrections emails, researches remit-report errors, monitors fraud prevention service exceptions, and supports mail-related tasks such as USPS mail processing and image uploads. Responsibilities include answering bank calls to verify loan checks, monitoring UCC processing, correcting errors in mail-related loans, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires strong analytical skills, high integrity with sensitive financial information, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; experience with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service in an office setting is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Customer service experience in an office environment is preferred
