Job Summary
Analyze, test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems while coordinating their installation. Assess pre-developed application packages for user environments and coordinate linked systems to enhance information sharing. Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Requires five years of computerized system experience including design, development, testing, network protocols, LAN administration, and UNIX/Windows operating systems, with specific support for TACNET or Navy C4I systems. Candidates must hold an active DoD security clearance or be eligible to obtain one, with a high school diploma or GED and a commitment to relevant vendor or platform certifications.

- Active Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance or eligibility to obtain one

- LAN administration fundamentals experience
- UNIX and Windows based operating system experience
- Demonstrated technical experience in support of TACNET
- Demonstrated technical experience in support of other Navy C4I systems
- High School diploma or GED
- Cybersecurity Work Force (CSWF) qualified in 9 months
