Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst responsible for providing superior customer service, maintaining computer systems, handling Helpdesk requests, and supporting customer software and hardware needs. The role includes configuring workstations, maintaining user accounts, and performing system maintenance while supporting deployments and installations. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in technical support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Successful applicants must hold DoD8570 IAT Level II certification and have a Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- DoD8570 IAT Level II (eg: Sec+)
- Clearance: Secret
- 1-3 years' experience in Technical Support or equivalent experience
