Computer Systems Analyst I

Job Summary
Support maintenance information systems, including OOMA and related readiness reporting platforms, by troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues that affect operations. Ensure system functionality, user access, and data integrity while assisting personnel with system usage, training, and documentation maintenance. Coordinate with enterprise IT for updates, cybersecurity compliance, and issue resolution, and support data extraction for maintenance status tracking. Requires minimum 2 years in IT support, familiarity with OOMA or comparable logistics applications, and ability to work in office, hangar, and maintenance environments. Must be a U.S. citizen with CAC eligibility and meet government security requirements. Position is contingent upon award.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in information systems, help desk, systems administration, or related IT support roles
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen, able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must be able to meet any Government and company access, security, and system-use requirements for the position
- Must be able to work in office, hangar, and maintenance support environments
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and perform prolonged computer work, as required
- Must be able to lift and handle publications, binders, and files up to 25 pounds
- Travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with maintenance systems such as OOMA or comparable logistics and maintenance applications
- High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate
