Job Summary
The Computer Systems Analyst position involves providing IT subject matter expertise, with responsibilities including managing end-user accounts, resolving hardware and software technical issues, and supporting various communication systems. The role requires proficiency with MS Office Suite, network and multi-function printers, and administering IT planning tasks. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience or eight years of additional direct technical experience as a substitute.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum five (5) years relevant experience
- Proficient in using, deploying, administering, and configuring MS Office 2013 Suite
- Proficient with Windows 7 or above Operating System
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Reader/Creative Cloud/Pro and JAVA
- Understanding of Information Assurance/Computer Network Defense policies
