Job Summary
Computer Support Technician role responsible for managing, monitoring, and repairing computer systems and related hardware; ensure configurations, software patches, and drivers are correct; diagnose and repair hardware/software issues; install and set up new computers, printers, and peripherals; maintain inventory; promote data security; support end-user service for Mid-Del Public Schools; requires strong problem-solving and communication skills and ability to handle day-to-day IT operations in an educational environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
- Successful completion of technical training for computer technician or two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- College experience and/or A+ Certification preferred
