Job Summary
The Computer Support Specialist will support both computer hardware and software applications, configure equipment, assist users with questions, provide problem resolution, and record data to analyze and track issues. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, along with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical staff. An Associate's Degree or equivalent training and 2-3 years of prior work experience are required.
