Job Summary
Design and build Agentic AI solutions, including multi-agent systems that automate complex business and engineering workflows. Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications using RAG, Agentic RAG, Vectorless and reasoning frameworks. Fine-tune and optimize models using LoRA, GRPO, and other parameter-efficient training approaches. Build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI platform capabilities that support production-grade AI applications. Architect & develop event-driven, real-time systems that leverage telemetry and operational data to deliver intelligent experiences. Collaborate with data engineering teams to build AI solutions on top of modern data platforms and data mesh architectures. Establish evaluation, observability, and governance frameworks to ensure reliable, secure, and responsible AI systems.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience building production-scale AI/ML systems, distributed applications, and backend services
- Strong expertise in Python and modern software engineering practices
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic workflows, multi-agent architectures, and AI orchestration frameworks
- Experience with model optimization and fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA, GRPO, RLHF, or related approaches
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, streaming systems, and real-time data processing
- Experience working with modern data platforms, data products, or data mesh ecosystems
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, MLOps/LLMOps, and AI system observability
- Excellent problem-solving, system design, and communication skills
