Job Summary
Own end-to-end administration of managed Jenkins infrastructure across Corp and AWS environments, driving the migration to managed systems and implementing security hardening with RBAC, SSO/LDAP integration, and secrets management. Administer Artifactory and XRay deployments across multiple clouds, manage Varnish caching layers, and oversee license renewals and vendor relationships. Plan and execute CircleCI server upgrades, including Nomad client AMI creation and cost chargeback reporting. Develop internal Developer Portal plugins using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript to surface platform capabilities, while maintaining plugin health and resolving issues. Configure Grafana dashboards, New Relic alerts, and Splunk pipelines to own SLA/SLO definitions and incident response. Participate in a regular on-call rotation to triage platform incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventive actions to reduce mean time to resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with hands-on CI/CD ownership
- Deep Jenkins expertise — plugin management, distributed builds, security hardening
- Solid JFrog Artifactory and XRay administration across multi-environment deployments
- Strong automation skills: Ansible, Chef, Terraform, Bash, or Python
- Frontend development experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript for plugin/tooling work
- Hands-on Kubernetes operations — Helm, RBAC, cluster migrations
- AWS infrastructure: EC2, IAM, AMI lifecycle, security groups, and cost management
- Secrets management with HashiCorp Vault and/or CyberArk
- Certificate lifecycle management and TLS/SSL operations
- SLA/SLO ownership and incident response experience, including on-call rotations
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience employing LLMs or AI-based tooling to improve developer productivity, automate workflows, or enhance platform observability
