- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with relevant teaching or industry experience
- Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: Operating Systems, Data Communications, Web Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to student success
