Job Summary
Diagnose and repair defective devices by examining components to confirm deficiencies and determine needed parts for repair and warranty entitlement. Document diagnosis and repair details, inventory usage, and parts utilization, and install components such as motherboards, screens, and keyboards. Work to achieve individual and team quality and performance standards while collaborating with internal team members to ensure repairs meet requirements. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of progressive repair experience; ability to lift up to 50+ pounds. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of progressive experience in computer or electronic device repair
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed work style, able to work autonomously, prioritize and deliver results
