Job Summary
Diagnose and repair defective devices by examining components to confirm issues, determine needed parts including warranty impact, document diagnosis and repairs, and install components such as motherboards, screens, and keyboards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure repairs meet quality and performance standards, and address repair needs with attention to inventory and documentation. Required skills include problem solving, clear written and verbal communication, teamwork, and the ability to work autonomously; familiarity with ERP systems (Infor CSI) and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of progressive experience in computer or electronic device repair
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed work style, able to work autonomously, prioritize and deliver results
