Job Summary
Part-time online Computer Programming Instructor teaching BYU-Pathway Worldwide students in Brazil. Focus on mentoring and ensuring academic success across courses: CSE 110 - Introduction to Programming; CSE 111 - Programming with Functions; CSE 210 - Programming with Classes; CSE 212 - Programming with Data Structures, using Python and C#. Instructors provide guidance, outreach to target groups, and support student learning; grading is handled by a centralized pool of graders. No lesson or assessment development or grading by instructors. Requires 10-12 hours per week (may vary) with at least 5 days of work weekly, English fluency, and participation in periodic team meetings. All employees must uphold the CES Honor Code and represent the institution professionally online as part of the instructional team. Remote, part-time position based in Brazil.
