Job Summary
Design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate business applications within the IT Meter to Cash Customer Care & Billing system (CC&B); analyze configuration to implement customer improvement process changes; consult with business analysts to define deliverables and specifications; design and implement CC&B configurations, rates changes, and web portal UI development; collaborate with project team on complex timelines; perform unit testing; support migration of Soft Tables; provide client support during normal business hours; and ensure safety and adherence to coding best practices. Requires Oracle CC&B knowledge and experience with configuration tools (XML, HTML, JavaScript). Hybrid work arrangement with a remote office and Oakland-based location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of programming experience with SQL, Visio, Excel, Word, Microsoft Access, XML, HTML, or JavaScript
