Job Summary
Primarily responsible for database programming, including design and development of SQL stored procedures to automate workflows and optimize application performance. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, database design, business logic development, software deployment, and maintenance of systems. Essential skills include experience with SQL Server (including Analysis Services, Integration Services, Reporting Services), the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack, and .NET web-service frameworks. Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and commitment to company values are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related preferred
- Development experience using Microsoft technologies including SQL Server 2008/2008R2 and C#
- Experience developing and maintaining databases using the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack within SQL Server
- Experience in .NET web-service frameworks
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified in Business Intelligence
- Experience of agile software methodologies and test driven development
