Job Summary

Operate and test fully integrated computer-based systems while managing and prioritizing assigned tickets in a supervised setting. Seamlessly transition between daily operations and project actions, accurately following guidance and SOPs from contract and government leadership. Maintain communications-computer systems, install and tune operating systems, and manage disk and tape storage using a wide variety of hardware and software components. Requires local travel using a personal vehicle or company van for at least 10% of duties, with day shift Monday through Friday availability, including potential evening and weekend requests.

Required Qualifications

  • One (1) year of relevant experience
  • Active Secret clearance with IT-II sensitivity
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Personal vehicle
  • Proof of insurance
  • US Citizen
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to travel at least 10%
  • Must be able to receive and accurately follow guidance and SOP's provided by contract and government leadership
  • Must be able to operate a wide variety of system components to include hardware, software, and mass storage technology
  • Must be able to operate, under supervision, communications-computer systems, and install, implement, maintain and tune operating systems, disk and tape management systems, and computer operations automation software
  • One of the following active IAT II or III certifications: Security+ CE, CASP+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, DLA CE Cert IA Role/Function: Help Desk Tier II & III
