Job Summary
Manage and install network technologies such as routers, switches, database servers, and related technologies to rehearse operational activity. Train colleagues and mission partners on operational methodology, tool development, equipment functionality, and technical/operational deconfliction. Obtain operational infrastructure for use as intermediate operational launch platforms. Conduct technical debriefs and perform technical operations in support of cyber operations management as necessary to the Sponsor's mission. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline with a minimum of 7 years' experience, an Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and system administration knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Unix, Linux, and mobile OSs. Full-time role in Chantilly, VA with a salary range of $113,200 - $237,800.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a relevant technical field to the position
- Active TS/SCI clearance with required polygraph
- Government certification or equivalent
- Ability to evaluate and articulate technical risk
- Understanding of computer networking architecture
- Understanding the basic internet functionality, ISPs and network traffic
- Possess system administration level knowledge of operating systems (i.e., Window, Unix, Linux, Mac OS, Mobile OS's etc.)
- Understanding Mobile technologies and implementations
- Ability to convey technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to apply analytical thinking to decision-making and problem solving
- Understanding of fundamental technical network analysis
- Familiarity with commonly used large-scale service components (webservers, databases, load balancers, caching servers, storage cluster, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications: OSCP, OSWE, GXPN, GPEN, or equivalent
- General understanding of the overall function and mission context of the Sponsor's organization
- Self-motivated, creative problem solver
- Can handle working multiple projects at once, with minimal guidance
- Manipulating and parsing files of various structured and unstructured formats and extracting relevant technical data
