Job Summary
Complete on-site hardware warranty services for laptop and desktop units across Granbury, Texas. Confirm service times with customers via your tech portal and map daily routes starting by 9 am. Pick up parts from assigned FedEx or UPS stores before visiting residential and commercial sites to perform repairs and installations. Drop off old parts with pre-paid labels after each call. This is a 1099/per call position where pay is based solely on calls completed, ranging from $35 upwards based on distance. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and hands-on experience replacing components on laptops and desktops. Tickets are run Monday through Friday during the day shift.
