Job Summary
Computer Field Technician responsible for on-site hardware warranty services across multiple sites. Role involves hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops, requiring hands-on experience with replacing components, regular local travel, and visiting customer sites (residential and commercial). Onboarding includes Dell and Lenovo certifications. You’ll log into a tech portal by 9 am to map out routes, coordinate service times, pick up parts daily from FedEx/UPS, and complete 2-5 calls per day with calls starting at $35, paid per completed call (1099/contract). Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to travel between sites; daily travel and attendance for a minimum of 3 weekdays are required. EEO information included.
Required Qualifications
- Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops

- Access to a computer and Internet to log onto portal
- Available to log into tech portal by 9 am daily
- Willing to travel to multiple sites
- On-site hardware repair/installation experience
- Dell and Lenovo certifications on onboarding (provided online)
