Job Summary
On-site hardware warranty service technician performing laptop and desktop repairs and installations across the assigned territory. Certs from Dell and Lenovo will be completed during onboarding. Responsibilities include logging calls in the tech portal by 9 am, coordinating service times with customers, traveling locally to multiple sites (residential and commercial), picking up and dropping off parts via FedEx/UPS, and meeting a per-call pay structure for 1099/contract work. Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and availability on at least 3 weekdays. Must have hands-on experience replacing components and be comfortable with daily local travel.

- On-site hardware warranty service experience preferred
