Complete hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units at residential and commercial customer sites. Confirm service times, pick up daily parts from designated stores, and drop off old components using pre-paid labels. Travel to multiple work locations while maintaining a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Log into your tech portal by 9 am to code calls and map daily routes, with tickets running Monday through Friday. Call volume averages 2-3 calls per day, with compensation based solely on completed calls at $50 each. You must have prior hands-on experience with laptop and desktop component replacement and be available for at least three weekdays. Onboarding includes free Dell and Lenovo certifications.
