Job Summary
Complete on-site hardware warranty services for laptop and desktop units across residential and commercial sites. Confirm service times with customers via your tech portal, pick up daily parts from assigned FedEx or UPS stores, and drop off old parts using pre-paid labels. Replace components on devices after manufacturers have completed troubleshooting and shipped parts. This is a 1099/per call position where pay is based solely on calls completed, starting at $35 and increasing with distance. Tickets are run Monday through Friday during the day shift, requiring availability for a minimum of three weekdays. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and access to a computer and internet to log in by 9 am each morning to code calls and map routes.
