Job Summary
Complete on-site hardware warranty services for laptop and desktop units across Granbury, Texas, by visiting multiple customer sites daily. Confirm service times with clients through your tech portal, pick up daily parts from designated FedEx or UPS locations, and drop off old components using pre-paid labels. Perform repairs and installations while maintaining a minimum of three weekdays availability, with call volumes typically ranging from two to five per day. Pay is structured as a 1099 position based solely on the number of calls completed, starting at $35 per call and increasing with distance. You must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and hands-on experience with laptop and desktop hardware. Complete Dell and Lenovo certifications during onboarding.
