Job Summary
Complete on-site hardware warranty services for laptop and desktop units across residential and commercial sites. Confirm service times with customers via your tech portal and map out daily routes by logging in before 9 am. Pick up parts from assigned FedEx or UPS stores and drop off old components using pre-paid labels once calls are finished. Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform repairs based on manufacturer-shipped parts. This 1099 position pays per call, with volume typically ranging from 2-5 calls daily. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and prior hands-on experience with laptop and desktop hardware. Onboarding includes free Dell and Lenovo certifications.
