Job Summary
Complete on-site hardware warranty services for laptop and desktop units across residential and commercial sites. Confirm service times with customers via your tech portal, pick up daily parts from FedEx or UPS, and drop off old components using pre-paid labels. Perform hands-on repairs and installations while traveling to multiple work locations throughout your day. You must be available Monday through Friday to code calls and map routes by 9 am, with a minimum of three weekdays required. Compensation is $50 per call completed, paid weekly, contingent on having a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You will complete Dell and Lenovo certifications during onboarding.
Required Qualifications
